Chocolates and any products couriered by us cannot be returned or claimed for refund. We do not accept any returns on food items. If you are dissatisfied with your order feel free to contact us.

Items can be canceled only if the shipment is not done. Once the order is under process of shipping, order cannot be cancelled. We will refund the amount if the order is cancelled before our order confirmation.
